Leaders advises ownership of The Jojoba Company in sale to Jojoba Valley, an Israeli company

Bob Butler founded The Jojoba Company in 1994. The Company's natural personal care products are made from liquid wax extracted from jojoba seeds. The Company retained Leaders LLC to find a buyer for the business capable of enabling it to continue to flourish and grow. 

Among the potential buyers approached by Leaders was Jojoba Valley, an Israeli company that farms jojoba in Israel. A vertical integration model seemed to make sense for the business. The Jojoba Company was sold to Jojoba Valley, providing Jojoba Valley with a wholesale and retail platform in the United States.

Following the closing, Bob Butler commented on the sale process and the mergers and acquisitions advisory services provided by Leaders LLC.
