Leaders advises Diagnostic Health Services, Inc. on its sale of assets to SleepMed

Diagnostic Health Services, Inc. has sold its assets and sleep labs to SleepMed, Inc., the largest private sleep diagnostics provider and the largest ambulatory EEG provider in the nation with hundreds of hospital-based, physician-based and freestanding sites.  Over 50,000 sleep studies and over 25,000 days of ambulatory EEG testing are performed each year by SleepMed.  Leaders LLC initiated this transaction and acted as exclusive merger and acquisition advisor to DHSI.
