Technical Gas Products (TGP) distributes USP medical oxygen and related equipment to small and mid-sized healthcare facilities utilizing its patented micro-bulk delivery system and one-price billing methodology called The O2Safe System™.  By joining forces with RAF Industries, TGP will have access to the capital it needs to grow the business more rapidly, taking advantage of its first to market position with a unique microbulk solution for the institutional markets.  Leaders LLC initiated the transaction and acted as exclusive merger and acquisition advisor to the owners of TGP. Having worked with RAF Industries on a prior transaction, Leaders recognized that RAF would be an excellent partner for TGP as it sought to grow its business.
