Leaders advises Polar Cryogenics on its sale to Matheson Tri-Gas

On April 11, 2007, Polar Cryogenics, a medical and specialty gases business, sold its business to Matheson Tri-Gas, a member of the Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation (Tokyo, Japan).
