Leaders advises Pillsbury's on its sale of assets to Wholesale Express

Leaders advised the owners of Pillsbury’s Home Improvement Center in the sale of two businesses to Wholesale Express LLC.  A second generation family business founded in 1959, the Pillsbury family of companies consists of: Pillsbury Plumbing & Heating; Pillsbury Appliance; Pillsbury Appliance Service; and Roland’s Supply (a master wholesale distributor of Broan-NuTone products).
