Deveaux addresses Gases and Welding Distributors Association
August, 2011Brian Deveaux, who heads up Leaders' industrial, medical and specialty gases practice was asked to speak at the Northeast Regional meeting of the Gases and Welding Distributors Association (GAWDA) held in Stonington, CT on October 17th and 18th. Topics addressed included the current economic climate, business valuation, anticipated consolidation within the industry, and the potential role of independent distributors as acquirers in a consolidating industry.
